Red Paddle Co operates a channel distribution model where products are sold to consumers through independent retail outlets across the globe. Within the USA and Canada the local distributor has enabled online purchasing through the Red Paddle Co website. Orders are then made available to our extensive retail network offering them the chance to claim the order and dispatch the product based on their proximity to the customer and if they have the product in stock. . This enables every customer to get any product in the Red Paddle Co range no matter where they are in the country. In order to offer this service via our retail partners we have the following refund policy and delivery costs as follows:

Refund policy

Coastal Distribution Group (Red Paddle Co’c North American Distributor) offer returns your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, for any unused BOARD PACKAGE ORDERS still in their original packaging, pending product inspection, we can then offer a full refund.

To arrange the return of your order, please contact the Red Paddle Co, with the order number listed on the order confirmation or alternatively please contact us directly us on info@redpaddlecousa.com to arrange returns.

Delivery Information

On all orders over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 in the United States and the majority of Canada. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 fee.

Please note due to our channel distribution model using independent retail outlets some orders may be delivered to you in multiple shipments.

Remote areas in Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory) are charged a flat $100 fee on all orders due to the complexity of shipping to these regions.

Orders are dispatched within two business days and typically take up to 5 business days to be delivered (not guaranteed).
