Within Australia online purchasing through the Red Paddle Co website is available. Orders made online are then made available to our extensive retail network offering them the chance to claim the order and dispatch the product based on their proximity to the customer and if they have the product in stock. This enables every customer to get any product in the Red Paddle Co range no matter where they are in the country. In order to offer this service via our retail partners, we have the following refund policy and delivery costs:

Refund policy

Red Paddle Co Australia do not offer refunds on any product that has shipped. They request to be contacted as quickly as possible for cancellations on any product that has yet to be shipped.

Delivery Information

On all orders over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 in Australia. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 fee.

Please note due to our channel distribution model using independent retail outlets some orders may be delivered to you in multiple shipments.

Orders are dispatched within two business days and typically take up to 5 business days to be delivered (not guaranteed).
